I have been an executive coach, programme and project manager since 1994, initially acting as a arbitrator in IT Disputes and a Business Turnaround consultant. A member of the Lean Institute since 1990's, I became involved in Agile Project management as an extension to the Lean coaching.
I first came across Mike Burrows and his coaching over 10 years ago and I fully endorse and coach his courses and have created a new coaching practice called The Agile Listening Project that encourages all project members to learn how to Listen properly, respect each other and form Wholehearted entities.
As an Executive and Agile Coach, as well as a recognised recruiter of software development talent, I have helped many organisations develop a truly agile working environment, dispensing with silos and integrating Product Design, Development and Delivery into Ways of Working that deliver on declared Organisational Outcomes.
As a Partner I have helped to organis the marketing circle and Agendashift Conferences
