Since 2017, Philippe has operated as an independent coach, focusing on supporting organisations looking to progress their digital/agile transformations to the next level. Philippe has worked with organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, Carnival UK, KFC and several start-ups, facilitating ambitious digital/Flow transformation initiatives as the main Change coach. With KFC, the work won an award for overall business agility from the Agile Consortium, and the client grew its digital business 100% to £1Bn of sales (publicly disclosed information).
Before this, Philippe worked as an executive director in prime consultancies and supported large-scale digital delivery leadership with clients such as Barclays or Vodafone, and digital strategy/Change programmes as an advisor to CIOs, CTOs and digital officers (Ladbrokes, M&S, O2, etc.)
Philippe works with advanced new techniques for strategy, operational excellence, organisation design, and Flow agility. He is a certified systemic coach with ORSC (organisation and relationship system coaching), a PCC level coach (Professional Coach), and ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Philippe is the Director of Thought Leadership with UK ICF and Philippe runs the Digital Leadership meetup in London with over 6,000 members.
