I help leaders in organisations create fit for purpose management systems. With an IT background and more than 10 years of experience helping working groups and organisations improve their way of working I am now widening my target audience exploring how non-IT businesses can benefit from the principles and values from Kanban. In 2010 I was assigned to find ways to help a large Swedish organisation improve their development capability, a challenge that ended up in the creating something we called Kanban Kick-start. Over the years we helped many teams take control over their current way of working and created conditions for continuous improvements. The result from that work was later documented in something we called The Kanban Kick-start field guide.
