I am a business agility coach and trainer who is passionate about helping teams do their best work. In my career, I have been a Software Engineer, Development Manager and Architect. I’m an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Certified Trainer for “Training from the BACK of the Room!”, Certified Collaboration Instructor and Architect, and a Certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials. I also hold certifications from Scrum.org and Scrum Alliance. Colleagues say I am a "competent, good-natured facilitator that efficiently enables cultural change in teams and organisations". I facilitate change in organisations and help them apply their knowledge to get to where they want to be. I have been known to do this with training courses, strategy workshops, innovation sessions, and executive & team coaching.
