I am independent project & portfolio management and management (including Management 3.0) consultant, trainer and coach, managing my own firm JS PROJECT. I am delivering consulting, coaching and training in the area of Management 3.0, project management, portfolio and program management. I am also involved in building project-based organizations and agile/Management 3.0 transformations. My passion is reinventing and improving organizations and teams with focus on getting business results with self-organising teams and strategic role of managers. I am a promoter of new management methods, of team empowerment and self-organization.and also a fan of the integration of Agile, Critical Chain and traditional approaches in projects.
