Wolfgang has a background in finance, management, and business game design. As "Chief Engagement Officer" he helps organizations design strategies, transform cultures, and develop people and teams to seize the opportunities (and cope with the challenges) of a complex and digital age. Wolfgang works as facilitator, consultant, and coach. He is university lecturer on leadership, gamification, and community management and is head of the program "Digital Customer Experience" at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
