Karen is a performance management consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach. She has worked in a variety of training, development and leadership roles for over 25 years; including 15 years as managing director of PeopleSolve Ltd and 12 years within the Centrica group. Karen is a certified trainer of neuro-linguistic programming; an experienced executive and life coach and facilitator; and is qualified to administer Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, SDI and 16PF psychometric instruments and PRISM Brain Mapping. She has recently qualified as a Certified Enterprise Agility coach.
